Oscar Turco
My work as a photographer is based on the realization of creative projects focusing on fashion, portrait and travel. My aim is to describe with images what life and dreams can give us. Fashion and portraits are a fundamental part in my work, bringing the best form of expression for my camera.
I`ve studied photography in Mexico City (Escuela Activa de Fotografia) and since then keep working and participating in various workshops around the world, such like "Dialog with creativity" with Javier Vallhonrat , in Spain.
For the past 20 years I´ve taken part in international projects for tv, video, documentaries, books, billboards, journals and magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Elle, 192, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Gatopardo, Sonidos Urbanos, Travel and Leisure, Travesias, and as chief photo editor for the weekly newspaper FRENTE.
